"The mark of a good company is the customer service!"

I've always said the mark of good customer service is in how you deal with the situation when things do not go as planned, and unfortunately I had two such occasions recently - both minor!

After visiting the Derwent Pencil museum and buying a set of paints, I discovered that there was a duplicate paint in the set and I was missing one... It took them less than 24 hours to get everything sorted out for me, and I had the replacement about 60 hours after sending my first email! They couldn't have been more helpful!

A short while later, I bought some waterbrushes from a third party company, and one had a manufacturing defect... The company got in touch with Derwent and before you knew it I had replacement straight from Derwent!

Not once have I had an issue with their customer service and their quality is top notch, particularly the paints and pencils which are simply divine. Very happy, couldn't ask for more and will happily replenish my supplies from them in future!

Pencils are really great, tin had a slight dent on one side which made it a little difficult to open and close but the pencils now live in my Carry-All bag.

I have specialist stationery requirements; and Derwent’s pencils are comfortably the best I’ve found.

My order was despatched the same day as ordered and delivered the following day; I had neither paid for, nor expected, such a speedy turnaround.

Due to IT issues at my end with email servers, I contacted Derwent to check my order had been received. I received a very prompt and helpful response.

The pencils (2B graphic), when they arrived, came in an excellent tin which ensures safe storage. They are also very good value for money.
