I used this firm to complete my remortgage following a referral by my broker. Overall, I found their service satisfactory. The professionalism and progress updates stood out for me in particular. I feel some of their responses to certain emails could have been faster, which is why I have gone for 4 rather than 5 star rating.

I paid for the “digital journey” which I actually found really onerous. I feel like a face to face meeting or even a phone call would often have been much easier. The messages ands documents sent via the app were jargonistic and confusing and when I queried them I didn’t get much support or guidance. Some of the charges felt ridiculous (for example £75 for me to send my photo to check my ID - in a face to face meeting presumably this would not have been necessary)

We have just completed our mortgage with ONP solicitors working for us. Their app was very efficient, kept us updated and Brandon was amazing throughout. We have had some poor experiences over the past 12 months with other solicitors for other projects but Brandon and ONP did amazing for us. I used ONP for remortgage. I agreed a rate 5 months in advance of when I wanted the transfer to happen so solicitor had 5 months to arrange transaction so one could reasonably expect matters to proceed smoothly. I even called 3 days in advance of completion to check the legal department had everything. This however did not prevent my legal advisor Thomas from emailing me at the last minute (4:45pm the day before completion) to request new documentation. Fortunately I saw the email before going out for the evening (making me late) and immediately located and sent the relevant paperwork. One would have expected a courtesy phonecall having left this request so late in the day (midnight hour!)
The good news is that completion happened on time but it very easily could have failed due to this last minute request (despite already having had 5 months to request it beforehand).
