Using the ONP app is dead easy we dealt with Hayley who was professional down to earth and any problems we had we put a message in the app and she responded promptly every time so that we weren't kept waiting for ages so all in all a very good experienc.

I dealt with Callum Wayling for a transfer of equity transaction which included a remortgage and lease extension, it appeared to go smoothly from where I was sitting and he was very attentive, all with great communication throughout. I wasn't left chasing things up which was refreshing.

These solicitors were recommended to be used to us. After 3 months of being with these solicitors trying to get to completion (even though there was no chain on either side it still took this long) we were informed that our solicitor Jennifer had never realised that they were not able to act on our behalf for our lender. This resulted in us having to begin the entire process again with a new solicitor and therefore delaying us even further. It took almost 5 months for a simple house exchange all due to ONP and their incompetence in knowing who they can work for.

I’ve recently purchased an apartment with the help of ONP Solicitors. Would never recommend their services to anyone. Solicitor would not pick up the phone or respond to messages, solicitor missed documents and had me rush at the very last minute, hidden fees…
I even filled out their complaint form and asked to speak to the manager, nobody reached out.
