The process between exams and accessing support is slow, which can be very inconvenient when you’re working against tight deadlines. Additionally, there’s a £30 charge for any missed payments, which feels excessive. Fortunately, this year there are government-funded CompTIA courses available, which may be a better option for those looking for more support and flexibility.
