"One year on – a disappointing experience with the Data Analyst Accelerator programme"

I joined the Data Analyst Accelerator programme by IT Online Learning a year ago, based on the high promises made during the initial call. They spoke confidently about structured training, certification, and strong recruitment support to help move my career forward.

Unfortunately, my personal experience has been very disappointing. The recruitment support was extremely basic – all they did was track how many job applications I submitted each week. There was no personalised guidance, no strategic support, and nothing that actually helped me secure a job. It felt like something any job seeker would already be doing on their own.

Despite completing the training and certification, I saw no positive impact on my career. I couldn’t get the breakthrough I was aiming for, and I strongly believe the programme is not built with the UK job market in mind. I also seriously question the truth of the success stories and testimonials they promote.

When I raised my concerns with the team, they didn’t acknowledge any issues or offer meaningful support. There was no sign of a working plan or any reflection on their process – which clearly isn’t effective. They didn’t even care to consider or admit that their approach might have failed. One year later, I feel completely let down and regret my decision to join.

This is my honest experience, and I do not recommend IT Online Learning to anyone who values their time and money.

I am enjoying the structure and self pacing of this course, although I have a long way to go I feel that the tutors are making the experience more enjoyable and not overloading me with too much info at any one time.

I contacted ITOnlinelearning due to feeling out of depth with my studies and overwhelmed, put simply having not studied for 20 years i found it difficult and information overload.

I reached out to my tutor support (Ryan Holzhausen) and to be blunt he was brilliant. He simplified everything and broke the whole content what in reality is a lot of information and made it really easy to understand.

I feel this company really has gone the extra mile and offered a much more personal service that other providers don't - Really great and id highly recommend!

Still learning to do on my part but thanks Ryan brilliant service!

The tutors were wonderful throughout my course journey as they help provided me a lot of support on areas that I honestly really struggled with. Their positive support helped me overcome my pressure and boost my confidence in passing my exams which I struggled with at the start of the course.
