For example, when I got overwhelmed with my data analysis courses, Neville was always emailing to check on my progress and to provide any support. He did not only sent me textbooks but booked sessions to clarify me when I did not understand any of the modules.
Roma was also exceptionally good with her support during my COMPTIA exam preparations. She was always emailing to check on my progress and to provide any support if I needed any. Thanks goodness I was able to pass my COMPTIA exam due to her mentoring and support.
Their customer service team were always warm and have always addressed my concerns any time I called. I guess they have been trained to listen and make their customers feel relaxed.
