I needed to make a change to my motorhome insurance.
Very easy to communicate with the company via their website, and their response was prompt.
I was fortunate to be helped by Benjamin who was polite, professional and knowledgeable throughout my call.

He was having some technical issues but called me straight back as soon as the problem was solved. Great customer service.

For the first time in a long time, I felt my lifetime of no claim insurance meant something? In other words it gave me some kind of credit for what it should be, a safe driver and not just someone to take advantage of from what I believe is: shared information with other sites who have quoted higher prices. My opinion felt is the internet is very unfair with shared information with others sites and because of this any online search will always come up with what is a high price (amalgamated) It was so nice to feel appreciated for once that I am someone who will always be legal to the best of my understandings to follow the laws without being what I feel is ripped off by high prices because insurance is a law requirement... No claims .. Meant no claims in my day, and its what we worked for. Finally it seems like some insurance policy's recognise life time drivers as not a risk, but people only get this by talking to a person and not online crap forms... The best thing I came across with this site is... enter your number.. and they will ring you back ..if it wasn't for that, I wouldn't have got weir I am today. A very happy man.
