The service my husband and I have received from The Car Spot has been exceptional. Hassan, Oliver, Ian and Mark have all been excellent and have gone above and beyond to source a car I wanted and get it in tip top condition.
They have been so patient with me when there were times they probably wanted to throttle me and wished I'd not set foot on the forecourt.
They are all friendly, down to earth and very helpful....unlike so many car dealerships around.
They also have a great coffee machine and are probably out of pocket from the amount of cups we've had.

Bought a car, it had a broken wing mirror when viewed and with in week or so the warning light for the diesel particulate filter came on and the headlight was fogging. They mot'd and serviced before pickup but within a week, warning light back on and headlight still fogging. The wing mirror motor is not working after they repaired the wing mirror casing.
Tried to get it fixed under the warranty given at purchase and none is covered, also it has warped disks and needs pads both of which I was told were replaced before pickup less than 2000 miles ago. They said that a racecar only does one lap on disks and could we be holding the brake down at lights. My daughter has a black box fitted which monitors braking! They have refused to repair or replace anything besides the dpf.
Great until you find a fault and then you're on your own!!!
