"BIG TIME SCAMMERS!!!"

SCAMMERS!! They sell defective product!! My order had 2 defective vapes that were no good!! They will not respond to me!! I've sent 2 emails, called 8 times, no answer, & left 2 voice messages in 2 days..all with no response!! I might be S.O.L. but all this scamming customers will bite them BIG TIME!!! They won't be around long....WARNING: DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!! All the negative reviews tells you what type they are!!! They are fast at shipping out their defective product!! Filing my complaint with BBB.

I received defective equipment and called them within an hour or two of delivery. Took 2 phone calls and an email to get their attention. Then only remedy was to return equipment at my expense to manufacturer. Not a reputable retailer.

I just got my order on 11/21/2020 my Aspire Tigon was defective out of the box it won't charge and the company refuses to take it back and is making me go through the manufacturer warranty to get it fixed and I have to pay for shipping. STAY AWAY from this company terrible customer service.

COUNTERFEIT Puff Bars!!!! On two different occasions, I purchased 10 packs of Clear Puffs thinking they were overstock after the FDA banned the sell of PuffBars. Both times the product was a COUNTERFEIT verified on PUFF BAR website.

I still have not been able to try the actual product because I did not recieve my full order and the vape can't be used without both batteries. I've emailed the company and sent a picture of everything that came in the package to inform them that I only recieved one battery, rather than the 2 pack that I purchased. I recieved an email back saying that was impossible as they come in packs of two and that I must not have understood how they were sold. I still have not recieved a refund or another battery. As for the product, I cannot leave a review but the company and customer service, I will give one star, only because zero stars aren't an option.
