"Cons"

This place is a flipping joke. Had the BOGO deal thats why i ordered from them. Package came in just to find out it was an empty box with a return slip in it. Called them three times to get a simple oh did u not get our email? Well we checked our invetory and cameras and package weight and everything is good on our end so too bad for u good bye. Dont waste u time with these cons.

In response to you guys offering to file a claim on my behalf, is a total LIE. Not one time, out of the three times that i had to call was i offered a refund, I was told i would have to file a claim through USPS since everything on your end was good, That's great that you guys went through so much trouble to investigate, and even called my local post office to verify the weight, Really? i kindly doubt that, cause it was in a flat rate box could have been a brick of gold for all they cared. Not gonna get into a pissing match over 24 dollars but its just the principal of the fact that you guys lack the customer service that's needed to outperform other online companies.

Placed my 1st order with Provape. I was delighted to receive the order in record fast time! Less than 3 days. Although I did receive an expired bottle of vape juice, I called customer service and they more than made it right. They let me keep the old juice and promptly mailed out a fresh one at no cost. They will definitely have my business from now on. Most online vape stores have TERRIBLE customer service and often will not make it right with customer, even though they messed up, but not Provape. You can trust these folks 1000%, and you will NOT be disappointed. I'm about to place my 2nd order today.
