Avoid at all cost. They took 3000 euros of my rent as a float and never gave back to me. And they didn't manage at all the property. Didnt go inventory check out. It's a scam!

We rented a flat in Notting Hill for 5 months. Shakir was always helpful, he did the things very easy. He managed the contract between the landlord and us in the correct way. He helped us returning the deposit back as well. Good experience with Shakir and Fraserbond.

Extremely helpful Agents at Fraser Bond compared to others I've dealt with. I just missed out on an apartment nearby City Road as I was relocating for work. I missed out on an apartment closeby. I saw that Fraser Bond had quite a few flats in the area, I picked up the phone and spoke to Shak who took down my requirements and sent through a few options in the area. He was quick to get back to me with options which suited exactly what I was in search for and made the whole process extremely easy. Where I'm staying now is even better than where I was originally going to be. there was an issue with the washing machine however this all got sorted.
