"Remember that nightmare you had? Renting through Fraser Bond is even WORSE"

I start writing this review with the intention to WARN people NOT to rent their place through Fraser Bond. I waited two years to write this review since the owner wants to get rid of negative reviews as soon as possible. But I feel like I really had to share my story.

Here it is: For work I had to move to London and found Fraser Bond on the internet. I decided to rent this place for over 3 months and was hugely overpromised by nice pictures of the property.

When arriving at the door, no one came to open it and I had to wait for 2 hours for someone to arrive. Which company would even think about letting their customers down from the start? Well, Fraser Bond does!

After two hours I finally got in and stepped into this huge construction place which apparently had to be "renovated", which never took place eventually.

Opening the door of the little studio I rented, I was extremely disappointed! Scratches all over the wall, a leaking water tap and an almost broken window. Who would do this to their customers? Yes, Fraser Bond.

It got even worse when I left the place in exactly the same state as I arrived in. Why? The owner didn't want to pay back my deposit of 500 GBP... And since he knew I already took my flight home he just dealt with it this way --> NOT!

There was no way I would ever get my money back and as I'm a student, I could use the money very well for other things. Please don't ever, EVER consider renting a place through this company.

Recently rented a property through Fraserbond, very satisfied with their service as they made sure all my requirements were met. Also provided good advice about my options.

Totally incompetent staff.
Booked a viewing and did not show up, didn't answer the calls either.
Contacted the next day to find out what happened, was completely alright until he started screaming at me and coming up with a million excuses. Shocking customer service.
After running out of excuses he started denying that we had a viewing booked at all!
I emailed him snapshots of his own messages and call logs, received no response.
He finally picked up after 3 hours, screaming again with no excuses left once I provided the evidence, clearly had a break down which was obvious over the phone and politely told me to f-off.
Can't even imagine what the actual tenants are treated like if potential customers are treated like this!

We rented an apartment on Wardour Street earlier this year. The process was smooth. No complaints

"DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY"

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. We had a contract with them as tenants. The room we rented for our son on 512 Brixton Road was very poor and overpaid. We left the room in a good condition and have proof of this but we never got our deposit back, despite numerous mais to the Property Manager. We would higly recommend tenants to go somewhere else.

Note: 2 years later October 2020) the owner still hasn’t paid and wants to have his name removed from Trustpilot. It really is the World upside down. Name removed but even more reason not to contact this firm. Be Warned.

An agent which we used for a rental.

This is one of the worst customer experiences I have ever encountered. Difficult to track down and talk to the agent when required. We experienced slight difficulties, which should have been resolved really easily. The particular agent which we dealt with was very aggressive and uncooperative when talking on the phone and via email.

Untrustworthy as well. We never received the deposit back on out rental - this was an ongoing dispute which was never resolved and left us down on money which we needed.

The whole experience was very stressful and throughly unpleasant.
