"No reply to my inquires "

It happened to me just the same as another reviewer's experience: I wanted to pay With PayPal. It was not possible to do so on their website. PayPal sent me an email that I had an invoice from iTokri but there was none from i Tokri when I logged in my PayPal account.When I asked for some further explanations, no reply at all

We had ordered a gift for Diwali for my son 3 days before Diwali. The gift is yet to be delivered. They are also not forwarding the tracking link nor picking up my call. I try calling them daily as to the status of the delivery but no response. This seems to be an outright scam online shop so desperately looking for action taken against them.

"Fabric as it should be"

Quality and colors of the fabric is as i expected it. Ist all artisan hand made stuff. But above all i want to mention the Customer Service. Came already back for more.

I have ordered from them a few times. The fabric is mostly fine even if the cuts are fairly mean.
I will not order from them again. Every order I placed is followed by an email that half of what I wanted is only available in a shorter length which is annoying if you have spent a lot of time choosing what you need.
The last order was missing 2 metres of merino wool which I have now being trying to obtain a refund for for literally months. Every time they come back with a different excuse.
Some fabric I had previously purchased tore in many places as soon as I tried the garment on. I'm still awaiting a refund for this also. No way I would order from them again, no idea of customer service and highly disorganised. Disappointing as I was a fan of their products before.

Ordered two dupattas and one kurti for my Mum. Really good quality fabrics. She loves the fit of the kurti too. They even gifted 2 handkerchiefs and wrote a personal note. Very happy and will definitely order again. Great customer service 👍

First of all support, communication, very nice products.
Then with the package i received a little gift and a hand written card that was a real pleasure to receive. This is the reason why I love India. Buy with confidence!

Fabric of the kurta is ordinary
Embroidery is neat.
Price is too high for just one piece of unstiched kurta.

Just because nowadays we r not getting embroidered suits kurta online only printed n block printed one is there. This website is taking advantage. I m sorry.

"I think this company is a scam"

I think this company is a scam. I ordered some goods and tried to pay by Paypal, but didn't get the usual Paypal receipt. Then I got a slew of marketing emails, followed by an email asking for a further fee via Paypal through a link in the email. I said I was happy to pay via Paypal but not via an alternative link. Immediately, all communication from them stopped and they haven't replied to further emails.

The quality of wood stamps and attention to detail are first class.
They are very intricate in every detail and the craftmanship is fantastic.
I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend Itokri to anyone looking to order high quality items
