We began working with the Ethical Butcher during the pandemic, and then have continued with them since that time and followed their journey as an ethical and sustainable approach to rearing livestock in the UK. The quality of their meats is far beyond anything that we have ever been able to acquire, even from quite good specialist butchers in London. We are huge fans in what they do, and how they do it. Their packaging is excellent, shipping fast and reliable, and they always call when there is a question or anything that needs to be adjusted. Price wise they are excellent if you are actually comparing their quality to similar. This is serious, special food, raised and butchered with care, and we feel fortunate to have found them.

The website is informative, the service was good and the meat was delicious. Job well done! They are very specific about the days they are able to deliver and it isn't always convenient but it's not a product which can hang around, either at their end or end route so I understand the constraints.
