This is my second time hiring them for shifting. They used to be good and this time they were in a rush to leave. They emptied all boxes without properly organising it (as they previously used to). Guessing it might be because of the summer weather. Yet overall good experience.

All moving staff are friendly and kind. However, i feel this move was rushed and crammed into one day. Items placed back in storage sheds were just rammed and shoved in to any space available. I felt the team just wanted to get the job done as fast as possible. Items of ours in yellow tubs were just unpacked and placed everywhere so the team could get their tubs back. The following items have been identified as damaged and/or not working since unpacking. Washing Machine, Waterwise Water Machine, Kids Play Kitchen. The floating desk was taken down hasty instead of being dismantled appropriately, handling it half assembled has caused damage. Again all these actions are indicative of just simply being rushed. While this move was less stressful than our previous move i think it could have been better.

Absolutely smooth experience from the initial order to goodbye. We moved from 1BR to 2BR to in less than 6 hours.

Everything went fast and smooth from quotation phase to unpacking. During the move there was constant communication on progress and change requests were quickly executed without too much discussion. Final result was quick move with minimum headache and damage.
