I've written articles for magazines before, but this was my first book. I researched virtually every thing possible on self publishing, and talked to most of them. At the end of the day I chose Book Writing Experts and I could not be more pleased. I have limited technical skills, but Book Writing Experts system was incredibly easy to use, even for me ! "Broke contract"

Poor at communication, poor management, does not adhere to contractual guidelines. My contract does not have an expiration date but they refuse to finish working on my book. My contract also says unlimited edits and yet they have only edited one time. I am 100% unsatisfied and would not suggest this service. Writers beware with using this company

"This company is a scam"

This company is a scam. Even after collecting my money and partially fulfilling a part of my contract with them, they are still claiming they do not know me!
I was stupid to trust them. You have been warned. RUN!!!

From formatting to cover design and distribution their team left no stone unturned in ensuring my book was primed for success. They had a solid understanding of the eBook industry and optimized my work accordingly which helped my book get published. I was really impressed with their attention to detail, especially with the cover design. But in the initial phase their response time was a bit slow and I had to follow up a couple of times to get updates. But in the end, they delivered what they promised and I’m happy with the final result.

"Five Project Managers"

Second update: Book Writing Experts has requested further information, so they can identify me as a legitimate user. I have already written that I have copies of a signed contract and a receipt for a scam charge for a new copyright number. There's really nothing more to add.

Updated review: Book Writing Experts is denying that I paid $1,000 plus for their services. I have receipts for payment, multiple emails to and from Book Writing Experts and a COPYRIGHT page listing Book Writing Experts. They clearly have a record of my name.

To say that my experience with Book Writing Experts has been disappointing is an understatement. My first project manager missed three consecutive phone appointments. My second project manager, printed my book. Unfortunately, the pages were IN THE WRONG ORDER. My third project manager scammed me out of $370. Throughout the process, no care was taken when making corrections to the text. In the last "final" draft, text that was correct was changed and was no longer correct. My fourth project manager promised that someone would call me to go over every page. The call never came. Subsequently, I heard from a fifth project manager who requested that I remove my negative review on Trust Pilot. We worked well together until he too disappeared. Perhaps I’ll hear from a sixth project manager.

This is my first children's book and it has been an interesting experience. Ann Cutler took over when we were in final stages of publication. There was a problem with the first version of my book. Ann helped me get through it and got the correct version out as soon as possible. She answers my questions quickly and keeps me informed. I am grateful for that!
