After leaving instructions for delivery driver to leave the items under cover at the rear of the house the skirting and architrave where left on the path in the rain. The packaging is insufficient to protect from rain and the items were wet and also had impact damage from the courier.

The skirting and architrave are of high quality and this is my second time using Skirting Uk.

Let down the second time by a poor courier.

No responce from customer service when I emailed them that I cant fit the skirting in my car for them to cut it to a smaller height. Considering I had spent £450. I will be going elsewhere when I get the architrave and skirting for upstairs.
