I’m new to golf and have been borrowing a friends second set of clubs for the first two corses I’ve done, I have had advice from several people and decided to look for a set I would not have to replace, I’ve just come back from the driving range and the Taylor Made set I purchased from Jam Golf fitted so well, I ordered the set on Friday night nervously as there not the cheapest but the service was great, the cart bag and putter came Tuesday (Royal Mail) and the drivers and irons came today (DPD) I’m well happy, thanks for the great service I will be buying again (just need to hide it from the wife 😂)

Top class service. I ordered a golf driver that arrived within one and a half days. The driver was as described on the JAM golf site and was being used on the golf course 1 hour later. The courier service is DPD local the courier delivered with a smile and a joke. I have used this company 4 times now and have had a top class service every time

"I bought a club from jamgolf and the club head was defective after 19 months in a lot of games. I knew I used it for some time already but the plastic part on M6 3 wood should stay where it was. It fell off in pieces. The warranty they offered was 2 years so I was supposed to receive a replacement for free.
I was asked to pay for 25 pounds (shipping fee) plus sales tax (deliver to Netherlands). I am still not happy about this but can only accept it.
I've been waiting the replacement for weeks and I don't want refund.
I appreciated the work they did to ask Taylormade to replace one for me so here I can give them 2 stars in this review.
After jamgolf sent the club to DPD, there's some problems as well. I tracked down the parcel but the system from DPD said the parcel was being returned to jamgolf due to some issues. I tried to contact DPD and DPD said I have to wait for some more days or contact the sender directly. Therefore, I tried to leave some messages in jamgolf's chatbox. I received only a couple words. Jamgolf isn't really interested in helping. I have to call DPD again and again.
Now I receive the club, I do appreciate the work jamgolf has done as mentioned above. However, this is still a really bad experience with EURO Select golf stores.

Good online info on the two clubs I bought. Easy to order and fast delivery. Always difficult buying clubs without trying first but I’m delighted.
