I really enjoyed the CCTV course I recently completed and passed my DS course and was happy to come back and do the CCTV course. and have learned so much. I recommend this course and centre for anyway who wants to get their CCTV License.

I purchased a course with this academy,
They sent me 2 books and a folder with a memory stick. The books look like it would take month to read, but there’s no clear guidance on where and how to start the assignments. I have tried to call them to get the answer, they said that they will call back but no one called. It’s 1 month already since I’m waiting for their call.
I just called again and got very rude reception reply, she was arguing with me that it’s impossible that no one called you. Accusing me that I’m lying!

Wish I never get involved with this company, waste of time and money!

Absolute disgusting customer service . Waiting over a year for my certificate after taking my money then won’t take my calls . All works has been sent off and still nothing !!! Sent numerous emails and still nothing . AVOID THIS COMPANY !!! I will be continuing with a small claims court after speaking with trade in standards. They are taking peoples money and they have no customer service skills.

You have just replied I have been waiting since the first lockdown for this certificate! You have robbed my money ! I want the certificate!

"I have been for an interview last year…"

I have been for an interview last year in December 2020. I was surprised because they have invited more than 50 or 60 interviewees just for one or two vacancies. They asked all of them to come at the same time. Even they did not follow the Covid rules. Some of them not wearing masks and not keeping 2m distance. Thye put everyone in the same room without concerning our health. We had to wait until 3 pm to start the interview. They took one by one without concerning who came first or second. They choose randomly... After fed up with waiting I asked 2 ladies in the office what is going on and why they asked everyone to come at the same time. Everyone was murmuring, frustrating about the situation. Most of them left before the interviwe. The two ladies replied even they do not know what is going on within the company and they have not been informed by employers. That was a shame. There were an African lady and an Asian man who were doing the interviews. I was so upset and wasted my time. I went to the man's room while he was conducting the interview and said this is not right. I asked him why you asked everybody to come at the same time and why there were so many people like 50 and 60 without concerning Covid restrictions. HE SAID IF YOU CAN NOT WAIT YOU CAN GO... I have no idea at what time others left. I feel that they are playing with our time. and they do not care about how much we attempt to get a job. Anyhow this is a very unprofessional, bad place to work. It is better rather than just not working the place like that unprofessionalism.
