"Fishy interview process"

Went for an interview at this place.
Upon arrival there was about 8 applicants there all with the same alloted time for the interview.
Noone was present at the reception and papers were asked to be filled that included questions about customer service.
It was approaching 3pm and im still wondering why noone was calling after us so I had to take initiative to go upstairs.
We were then seen to one by one and not adhering to covid safety rules. ( we were all queued up in a tight corridor, no markers for where to stand 2m rule)
When It was my time to be interviewed the interviewer was on his phone and I waited a good minute or two.
He quickly skimmed through my cv and didn't even look at the paper I thoroughly filled on arrival.
Already felt uncomfortable and felt this to be very unprofessional.
I had to ask what he thought of my cv - for feedback and all he said was come back tomorrow to sign papers and from what he knows based on what country I am from we are hardworking people... I mean thanks but this biased attitude speaks red flags to me already.
Also noticed when I got shortlisted for an interview the email I received was not assigned to me specifically but generally. "Dear candidate"
-I should have known better.
Email asked me to bring my passport but he didn't even check it to see if everything was authentic. What was the point?

Ps. Everyone looks glum there employees didn't even give us a warm welcome.

This is a SCAM!! The only good review is fake and posted by the guy who works at the "company". Avoid working there and avoid using them!! SCAM!!

Single handedly the WORST money I have ever EVER spent. Avoid at ALL costs. They take your money and you WILL NOT get a qualification. The company is going bust as you will see when you search them on companies house. Not to mention every other training company they have owned has been dissolved. The woman who continues to answer the phone and claims to be the manager will HANG UP ON YOU whenever you question why you haven't received your qualification. She will call you stupid, an idiot, tell you that you have no common sense and be extremely rude. The most horrendous customer service I have EVER experienced. THE COMPANY 100% IS A SCAM!!!!! DO NOT BOOK A COURSE HERE!!! I contacted city and guilds who they claim to be their awarding body- THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF THIS COMPANY USING THEM AS THEIR AWARDING BODY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY YOU WILL HAVE A NIGHTMARE FROM THE START. The funniest part about all of this, they are claiming the delay in receiving qualifications is due to the offices being closed down due to COVID. Last time I checked all office based workers work from home - its laughable. I wish I used my common sense and read the reviews before booking onto this SCAM of a company.

1. Cancelled but didn't tell me - wasted journey
2. Rebooking started late, tutor turned up with child
3. RIP OFF charges if you hand in anything a bit late
4. MIGHT get your cert one day - might not
5. They don't bother to respond
6. Don't take complaints seriously
7. Don't care!

"Do not book with advance training this…"

Do not book with advance training this company is a scam after you book a course they will call you an hour before the course to claim the course location have changed and if you can't make it to selected location they will ask you for more money and never reply to you again. This company should be shut down they are scamming thieves.

If I was able to give -5 for customer service I would. The course itself was great but unfortunately I never received my certificate, started a new job and needed a certificate so paid £100 to replace a certificate I never received!!!!!!
Receptionist is awful put the phone down on my husband twice, I called and emailed to no avail, have looked up on Companies House and will be emailing and mail shotting all of the listed clients and awarding bodies on their website.
Does anyone know who is there awarding body as I need to make a complaint directly to them regarding this organisation.
Have literally just called again and spoken to the useless person on the phone who after 3/4 times still is not getting the point
1: You have taken my money to pay for a course I have completed but never sent me a certificate
2. You now have £100 of my money to replace the certificate you failed to send yet you still have no idea what I am talking about...….
I have sent my ID to you 3 times as apparently a simple thing like getting married and changing your name is beyond the receptionists comprehension.
I am in a probationary period for my job and thanks to you useless lot I could lose my position. I am seeking legal advice regarding your ineptness especially in lieu of my job being on the line...…...

guys I'm really sorry to whoever is the director but I'm writing this review based on the one contact I have had with this company.
from what I can see this company has no interest in the learners or what course they're going on and if its suitable for you. I called up asking a question regarding dates and times because on the website you will all notice the dates are the same for all the locations. I found this odd when I asked the person on the phone just kept saying "yes, yes" to everything I was saying followed by "I can book the course now and we can sort it out" ???????What. lol, she wasn't actually answering my question until I had to ask the same question 5 times.
so then it became clear that there actually trying to get as many learners to book then set a location. Of course, once they have your money I'm guessing you're simply not getting it back.

by the way, if anyone is wondering how call ended........ after I had established what was going on I asked her if she can provide me with what date a certain course will be held at a certain location. she started to pretend she couldn't hear me then told me she would call back and guess what? ...... no phone call LOL

Do not book on this website. you won't get service from the start or at the end. If you don't believe me call them and ask a few questions you'll see for yourself.

"I wouldn't recommend this company to …"

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I originally did my training with them 2 years ago and had problems on the course with the trainer being 1 hour late each day. After complaining and asking for a refund I was told I couldn't have one as trainer was on his way.
2 years later having mislaid my certificate I have had no end of trouble trying to get a replacement. Very rude staff with no clear command of the English Language, no manager to speak to and being given a load of bull that I would have a replacement within 2 weeks, Having paid for this I am still waiting. Managed to get out of them who the awarding body was and on ringing them found out they had only received the request some 10 days after I had requested it with Advanced Training and won't process until they have received payment. When I phone advanced training back I was told by one of the minions that it was a minor issue of little importance. Don't EVER do a course with these bunch of rude ignorant, idiots.

"Over 3 Month Period - Customer service not interested."

I signed up for a course, for personal circumstances I was unable to finish for the deadline, Customer services weren't very welcoming, no apologises or going the extra mile to help. I understand terms and conditions, I understand they are bench marks for the company, especially with students going over deadlines. During the course, no contact emails, or follow up. Moving forward, customer experience and referrals are everything, especially when referring.
