Poor quality, when asked to refund and replace bain marie was told the warranty didn’t cover the poor quality of product. lincat used the be very good now just been using for 5 days and is rusty!

4 items ordered, so far 3 have arrived all in individual parcels 🙄
I ordered an electric hotplate, it arrived on Thursday with no additional packaging, just the manufacturers box, no bubble wrap, not even put in an extra box before it left the warehouse. It's a miracle that it wasn't smashed to pieces when it arrived, the box wasn't even sealed.
The glass survived but the digital display didn't work so spoke to cust. services & she couldn't have been less interested. Supposedly she was going to get a replacement sent out the same day, its now Sunday & not even a dispatch email!
