Hat was sent in a bag, A BAG! Delivered by my local mailperson, stuffed into my mailbox. The hat was destroyed. Completely unusable.
I caught my mistake right away, called and talked to your customer support. They told me not to worry about it. Your hat was great, came in a box I was very happy with it.
