My package came really fast and it was ok quality for what I paid but one of the five items came broken! Not at all happy about that!

I have shared this in the past but will repeat it. The hat fabric on the rims of the hats often have a blemish/hole and the wire is showing. This makes the hat looks cheap and the guests do not like it so I end up not selling them.
Also, some of the batteries do not work and again, I can't sell them.
I was told in the past that I could return them at my expense but I wont take on that additional expense.
