"STILL WAITING AFTER 8 WEEKS ordered before with no problem but…"

Have ordered before with no problem but I’ve been waiting weeks for my latest order. I’ve sent emails, but they just reply saying they have “opened a ticket”. I have asked for a refund twice, but I’m still waiting. Won’t be using them again.

My solphadines I sent for took 2wks to arrive, communication with ph doesn't exist. Emails not good either.
When product did arrive both boxes were squashed and all tablets squashed. Royal mail not good either.
Would not use this company again.

Don’t use AYP Healthcare online. I ordered nearly £30.00 worth of eyedrops in mid-March and after several complaints, only one of which was responded to with an excuse about IT issues, I still haven’t received the refund I requested. Scam or incompetence. Avoid.
