"Do not buy from this company"

Do not buy from this company. Order placed 19th March, I contacted customer services on 3rd April as order had not been received. I received a reply to say my order was delivered because the company had "encountered unforeseen technical issues due to the recent installation of a new robotic system". They then promised my order would be sent the following week. I asked for my order to be cancelled and a full refund issued, to which I received no reply. I have emailed again on 18th April to inform the company I will be contacting my bank so that they can issue me with a refund. Very disappointed that a month has passed and I am still yet to received my medication and have had no communication from the company.

Ordered items with a 5 day delivery window. 3 weeks later items haven’t arrived, despite being advised by customer service that they would definitely be sent 10 days ago. Fora company that sells medical supplies this is terrible. Avoid.
Update: cancelled my order and still waiting for refund 2 weeks later. Not feeling hopeful.

"Diabolical Service"

I placed an order for a cream that is instantly available at almost any chemist, I only ordered it with this company for convenience thinking it would come in a couple of days. Here I am waiting for it to be delivered at almost 2 weeks since order. I have just received an email stating it has just shipped. Diabolical service on a simple product and zero communication to my followup email. I would avoid this company and as it is clearly a tinpot organisation working in a high regulated sector…! Be warned ….!

I placed an order on the 16th March for medication for my daughter. I have still not received the order. I contacted them and got a generic reply about a back log. It’s been over a month now. I contacted them again and I have heard nothing. So my daughter is without her medication. What a disgrace of a company! Be warned. You also cannot contact them via their phone number. It goes to a voicemail saying that they are no longing accepting phone calls. Terrible customer service. Would never use again.

I wouldn't both ordering from these guys they do not communicate when they have got issues. Happy to take your money but don't produce the goods. You chase and they hide behind an email saying its there new system. However I read on other views where people have had the same excuse a month earlier how long does it take to fix a new system.
