The ReWallet team is an amazing team of helpful and honest people. I had an old backup laying around which I couldn’t access. I reached out to Bastian and his team and their service was 12 out of 10 from the first point of contact to the finalization of the project. Their service is transparent and their contractual obligations to you give a good sense of security.

Would definitely recommend and use their service again in the future.

Das Team ist super nett und immer gut per Mail oder telefonisch zu erreichen. Sie haben sich wirklich viel Mühe gegeben, mein Wallet wieder herzustellen. Die Mitarbeiter waren kreativ im Lösungsfindungsprozess und achten auf jedes Detail. Ein kleines, von mir nur nebenbei erwähntes, Detail war es dann auch, das zur Aufklärung des Problems führte. Mein Wallet konnte leider nicht wieder hergestellt werden. Trotzdem bin ich für die Hilfe dankbar und bin froh, dass ich es mit ReWallet versucht habe. Ich kann es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wenn es nicht klappt, muss man nichts bezahlen. Ich finde es auch super, dass mir jeder Schritt gut erklärt wurde. So war für mich alles leicht verständlich, obwohl ich nicht so tief im Thema Kryptowährungen drin bin.
