Not that easy opening emails whilst talking on phone. Was concerned about still being on the phone and doing the banking bit,would recommend but not to people like my parents.

Didn't want to listen that there cont but the box in where my sink is I told them that I can't put electric with water and then there say in the side of house and can't do there has that my back door and fire exit there didn't say I had to clear my drive out so there can fix my broadband

I cannot fault this company, everyone was very efficient and friendly. Nicki was installing Lila next door and she took the time to explain the installation route and procedure. I made the call, a deal was struck and 5 days later Nicki and Luke returned at the agreed time to install the fibre cable. There was no mess at all, shoe coverings were used when in the house, I was very impressed and the internet is working well. My garden has been made as good as new. I also got a very good deal.

Not suitable for home working in my opinion the technician has been out to replace my termination box as by his own admission these are not great boxes and often fail. Since replacement I frequently wake up in the morning and not router is lit up with red led lights. Which means my entire morning is a mess...no one in 2024 wants to hear that you are having internet issues. I will be returning to using the internet over Openreach which worked like a dream. No issues no hardware resets!

A door salesman told me that my concern of an obstruction on my lawn would not interfere with installation as the engineer could go through an access hatch on the pavement. The engineer turned up, looked at it then drove off. After initially complaining, their investigation states that the salesman didn't give me the advice I state and the engineer did speak to me. They took £100 from my account as a 'no-show'. This is a company whose employees lie and they readily believe them. This is a SHAM COMPANY. DO NOT TOUCH!!!
