Good sales team, can always have a good one to one laugh around things as well as working on a house move package.
Don't seem to get that these days, however that along with the Lila service makes it "The Chosen One" for me.

Had to sign up to Virgin Media again this week for another 18 months. It’s now been almost 2.5 years since I placed my order with Lila. There’s a Lila advert about 100 yards away from my house which claims that they’re in the area and if I select any other house in my street it also claims it’s available. I’ve also discovered that there is a special “gaming” option which gives a public IP. Why would an internet supplier not provide a public IP!? So not only was I mis-sold on the details, I’ve yet to see any form of connection. I’ll be dead by the time it’s installed.
Edit: after seeing the response below, it is laughable that they claim to be transparent when this wasn’t mentioned when I signed up, at all.

Oliver actually helped me threw the entire process ov my signing up with lila. I did it all om my tablet, my own device. I went threw the whole process, with Oliver helping and explaining it all. Talking and helping me to sign up with proper communication, giving me the choice ov wat package, instead ov being talked into signing up just to boost his sales, so I can honestly say lila do put there customers first.
