I’ve had fibre fitted on Saturday it is now Thursday and still having problems being connected to the internet, I’ve had to make so many phone calls only to be ask loads of technical questions I’m in my 70s so half the time don’t even know what they are talking about. What should have happened is when it was fitted the technician should set it up to see if all is ok. In the email following installation it said I was all good to go. Not true. After having a week of internet problems. I am pleased to to say all has been sorted. Technician found problem at the substation and was fixed within minutes. Sometimes things are out of your hands but eventually it gets sorted. You just have to have a little patience.

Really great to talk to an actual person. Clear, concise information on products and the installation process. Rahim was informative, patient, and guided me through the whole thing, making it easy to do. Not being pushy with products, and letting me make my own decisions. I came off the phone, a very happy, new customer!!

Lila connects were very easy to use, they provided detailed information on how the switching from Sky to Lila would happen. They were very friendly and tidy with the whole connection process. Offered support to get started with the new system. Would highly recommend this service to others. My monthly internet bills will be much lower and have higher connectivity which is brilliant news.

"Installation time wasn't great"
Installation time wasn't great. I had a text to say they would be there in 15 minutes but I was still waiting and hour and a half after this and had to chase them up via the rep I had been speaking too. Internet is faster but the wifi doesn't seem any better than my old supplier which is a shame but it is a lot cheaper.

The workmanship was done very quickly and tidey, the people that done the installation were pleasent and did a very good job. Overall im pleased with the work.
