WiFi is rubbish and the customer service isn’t great either , I’m not very satisfied and if the services don’t improve I will be leaving I’ve been with you just over 2 weeks

Had problems with the broadband connection, but fair play to Lila technical support they resolved 90% of my issues within 24 hrs, still can’t connect to my data logger on the solar panel inverter but I suppose I’ll have to live with that one

LilaConnect the best by far .the only internet provider that offerd me a package and gave me exactly what Im paying for .been with them for 2 years. price never changed there were 0 faults with any of the system or equipment, flawless customer service anytime I ring with real english local people helping you if needed .installation 10/10 we had a new lawn layed and the lads did there job so well you couldnt tell they had done the work they were clean and polite and the service was live 10 minutes after they left with the full running speed I was promised 1gig .if I could give 10 stars I would keep up the excellent work lila .
