After my experience of having money taken from my account 4/4/25 ( whilst I am in an initial 3 month free period), I rang customer services 5/4/25 and spoke to Sandra at 9am who insisted someone would be in touch with me later that day to resolve the situation, guess what…. No phone call!! What a shambles! They have literally stolen money from my bank account. NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!

Clive Constable very friendly pleasant gentleman. Went through all my queries taking time to ensure I was happy. Advised best package for my needs. Confirmation of me having to do nothing to switch, all done by Lila is great. Clive made sure installation fitted best with termination of my current provider so that I wouldn't have a hefty bill from them.

Clive considered best options all round for me. Felt I was being dealt with quality service and due care.

I called the renewal team to renew my partners term and spoke to a lovely lady Katie Sawyer she was kind and very helpful put the order though straight away.
Katie also made the time to check my account on a query I had to.

Both me and my Partner have been a customer for just over 2 years and are very happy with the service.
