Spoke to a really Helpful gentleman who put me in touch with Shaun to discuss renewing my contact. Both were really helpful and Shaun took care of everything for me. I’ve been with Lila Connect for a couple of years and they have been fantastic.
On the occasional outage they have always kept me informed . What I like is the helpfulness and efficient manner of the Staff . What they say they get done with the minimal of fuss no b/s not like sky TalkTalk and Vodaphone who I will never go back to whilst. Lila are around.
Feels like a local business with Staff that provide a personal touch . Please don’t outsource anything as you have a winning formula . Thanks 🙏
