Katie from the customer service side has been amazing, kept me informed all the time, called me to check everything was exactly what I needed that I've not been getting from my current supplier (not for much longer, Befibre), who thinks that it's okay to give customers less than half the 900mbps I'm paying for since installation in Sept 2024. I look forward to finally getting not only the speeds I'm paying for, but also a company that truly seems to really care about its customers!

Came home from work but the lines close at 6pm, so no internet and you’ve charged me today from my card - what for..!!
