Our sales rep, Jonathan Lass, is a miracle worker! When I tell you I had a complicated emergency trip, it's an understatement! He handled it flawlessly. He was professional the entire time, kept me posted along the way, answered all of my questions, and delivered exactly what we needed...which was a huge ask. I highly recommend having him by your side for any travel plans, regardless of how big or small they may be. Top-notch experience all around.

I organize my company's annual softball tournament. I was also travelling out of the country for a few weeks before the tournament. I needed a minibus to take my team to the tournament and did not secure one the week of the tournament. Matt Buscemi was extremely helpful and secured a minibus just days of the event. Everything was good in entire our two days trip. only thing that I want to point out Bus Driver should not rush to bring back home. all passengers were fallowing rules and were on time. we suppose to leave the last point at 2.30PM and Bus driver made us leave at 2.00. because he wanted to go home early. other than that, everything was wonderful.
