The guy that turned up worked fast, explained what he was going to do and did it quickly and to a high standard. I'd have no problems recommending Grippy's work and will be using them again in the future.

First time I used Grippy tyres and the service provided was excellent. I booked in for tracking as well and the fitter checked my wheels and said the car doesn't need tracking and the money paid for tracking will be refunded. I emailed Grippy to find out about the refund and it only took them 10 minutes to ring me back and say the refund is done. Now that's what I call a service.

I new the tyres I wanted so it was just a case of seeking out the best deal. Grippy were much less than the others so I went ahead. They were fitted in atrocious conditions but the fitter just got on with it with a pleasant friendly manner. Good service and so far tyres seem brilliant. Try them yourself you will be pleasantly surprised.

Despite my fitter running too late (because of traffic) for our first Friday afternoon appointment I would still recommend that guys. Although he couldn't make it before 5pm that day I was minimally put out because of the great communication, keeping me up to date with his eta. We subsequently rearranged a slot for me on the next working day and the job was done efficiently despite the rain!

Grippy arrived on time with a friendly chap who explained that they did not have my tyres I ordered, however he said he would fit more expensive tyres for the same price I had already paid. It was pouring with rain and he fitted 2 rear tyres to my 1 series in a matter if minutes. Brilliant service which I will be using again!
