Viewing, ordering and payment, all as easy as you would hope it would be. On my chosen day and time-slot, the fitter called to confirm the exact time he be here, he turned-up promptly and without any fuss completed the job swiftly & efficiently. My day not ruined by waiting for someone to show-up or paying over the odds. Never thought a mobile service would be cheaper than the mainstream garages, but it is I for one will for sure be using Grippy again.

Easy to book an am or pm time slot. Fitter kept me fully informed about delays he was experiencing on the M25. Fitted two tyres to the caravan plus spare wheel - all very straightforward. The only slight problem was determining if there was any change in the tyre pressure to use but this was resolved OK.

It was a pothole that blew two holes in my passenger tyres. The AA didn't send one of their trucks, even though they said they would. They promised to they to mend them, then replace them, but one a Friday evening at 8pm, didn't. The guy from Friendly Recovery went beyond the call of duty to help us get home.

Saturday, and we need the car Sunday. Sitting very sadly on the drive. With a list. Grippy get recommendation from FastFit. Two tyres promised between 1 and 5 on Sat. At 4, get a call from Grippy saying they're waiting for a driver, but they'll be there tonight. At 5.40, I'm losing faith, and phone. Then Karl turns up, last job before the weekend. Thanks Karl, and sorry, Grippy, for losing faith. Oh, and sorry for the answering machine message too, you can ignore that:)

Really pleased with the service provided by Grippy. Fitter was running late , but had a call to let me know and he apologised when he arrived. He then had problems with his wheel balancer, again he kept me advised to the problem and apologised for the delay.
When i placed the order on the internet i managed to place the order twice and received a prompt call asking me i meant to place the order twice, followed by a quick refund.
Will use Grippy again.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Grippy.co.uk to anyone. They stock a good range of tyres and the website is easy to use. The fitter arrived within the time window I requested and phoned me in the day to let me know the exact time he would arrive. The job was done really quickly (within a half hour - including tracking adjustment). The guy was friendly and professional and the van/tools were new and presentable.
I will note that the tyres I originally requested were out of stock, but this was managed well with a call made to me in the morning letting me know that they were out of Falkens, but they could offer me a higher value substitute (Uniroyals) at no extra cost and still meet the original appointment - which I was happy with.
Overall, very happy with the cost, buying experience and fitting experience - would certainly use again and recommend to friends.
