All items are printed to order. We give a guideline of approximately 3 working days for your order to be manufactured and then sent Royal Mail tracked 48 or international tracked. Why couldn't I amend my order after placing it? To allow us to get your order out as fast as possible, we have built a slick internal system that means your order goes directly to print once it has been placed. We will always try to assist where we can but this isn't always possible. This also means it's up to our customers to ensure they have checked images, spelling and image positioning on their product. Why is my image blurry? You can find image guides in various places on our site to refer to. Images must be clear, light and as high quality as possible. If your image is dark, blurry and pixelated it won't look good when printed and unfortunately we cannot be held responsible.
