I have ordered twice from here and you cannot fault the quality. I initially ordered a mini me of my dad when he passed away for my son who was missing his grandad. He was so happy with it and sleeps with it every night. I then ordered two pet faces, again for my son after we lost both of our beloved dogs. Again, we were so so happy with them. My own fault, one of the images i uploaded i didn’t realise until the cushion came, had a reflection of a TV on so our one dogs face was half blue! I got in touch to order a replacement and the customer service was amazing. They were so helpful and rectified the issue straight away, which was not their fault it was mine, and helped me choose a more suitable picture. My son is so so happy with all three of his ‘pals’ and has made keeping them in our day to day life that bit easier. Thank you again and i cannot recommend highly enough!

I can’t thank British Made Gifts enough for so quickly producing the PERFECT blanket for me. I had purchased an inferior blanket from another retailer with only three days before my wife’s birthday. British Made Gifts produced and sent to me, in that short time frame, the perfect version of what I was after.
