Their watches are beautifully made. Customer service is beyond excellent. I had a question about my order and they responded immediately and were so kind when they helped me. Absolutely love them!

So far, very pleased with my choice. Accuracy has been checked against my atomic clock connection and it is accurate. My only critique is the hand placement. My "day" hand does not line up correctly. I'm still working at this and will hopefully find a solution soon. So, all in all I find the watch very easy to use.

Delivery took weeks after ordering. Watch band is to thin. Over all the watch is ok, Would recommend other brands for the price.

In 2018 I have received my Melbourne Sorento. A beautiful diving watch, simple, robust, very nice to wear on a daily basis.

Just a few short months of ownership, after swimming in our home pool I saw the machine stop and develop rust on the inside on the glass / part. On the face of the watch.

I contacted the company sent the watch from US to AU and in July same year they sent me a new one as they couldn't or didn't want to fix the original one. I was happy.

Now merely 2 years apart I have the exact same story. The watch is non functional due to water damage.

I contacted them again trying to tell them that I have the new watch for about 2 years now and look what happened.

I have a few emails back and forth but bottom line they expected my request / questions saying the watch is not under warranty anymore.

Upon telling them that I am very disappointed with the situation, and that I will do a vlog and review about my experience Mr. Managing Director stared to misinterpret my words saying that I am threatening and bullying them. Yes, he said that in two separate emails.

I told him that he should put himself in my shoes. Having a $700-900 watch that breaks just after the warranty expire ... it is not the best feeling and definitely how you build customer loyalty. I'll do my vlog and i'll tell the world my experience. And no one can stop me from doing that. Good luck with your business Mr. Managing Director.

It was all good. Creating the account, ordering the watch, payment, then quick delivery. And all this from another country in the middle of COVID.
The watch is beautiful.

"I'm sad to say I don't recommend…"

I'm sad to say I don't recommend Melbourne. I bought a Portsea watch that half a year later was running faster than actual time. Tried three times to reach out to customer service but didn't get a reply. I had to email one in the head of the company, after which I sent it to Australia for repair. After it returned it worked for a few weeks, and then believe it or not, runned faster again. I'm aware of the risk of magnitizing the watch and keep it away from devices at all times. Now I haven't got a reply from anyone at the company, as if they don't believe me.
I'm sad to say this because I like the design of their watches.
