I have ordered from iseehair multiple times thru tiktok but this time I went directly through the website to purchase. I placed an order for a reddish glueless wig on 11/23. Usually it would take less than a week to get but since time it took longer. My order been processing since 11/23 with no updates. I had to reschedule my Christmas photos because it’s taking too long. I reached out thru facebook requesting for a refund. I do see where they sent the money back but I’m just disappointed. I really wanted that wig.

I love isee hair! I ordered the 24 inch colored glueless wig. Waited about 5 days for processing because per their site it can take up to 10 days of processing before being shipped out. Communications with staff were friendly and pleasant. Hair was nice quality and silky. I am highly impressed and satisfied. Try Isee hair you won’t regret it!!! 💕

Worst hair ever! Do not buy from this company, the reviews must be fake or paid for! The quality of hair is terrible - it’s extremely matted, not thick at all - they gaslight you when you bring it up. I urge you to CHECK the other review page for them, they pay people for these reviews - images are not accurate.

To note I’ve been going back and forth with them via email for a month they’ve offered £15 and a coupon, they’ve accepted liability and I’m taking legal action for their fraud, please avoid paying them a dime
