Never received my refund! Also return shipping isn't covered, and it's expensive. Customer service is unavailable by phone, and the call goes to a completely different address. If you write to customer service, you'll see how fake they respond.

I left out of the country for a few days and was concerned about my delivery and customer service was quite helpful throughout the process. After receiving my wig, I can tell the quality is great and am looking forward to the new hairstyle.

I bought a wig here and shipment was really fast but i mistakenly bought a color that I didn’t like so I bought both since I reached out to them and they told me it has already been sent out so I had to wait and apply for a return. The moment I got the wig, I applied for a return and they have refused to start the return process or even reply to my tons of emails sent. I texted on IG and got no reply after I sent my tracking number. They don’t value customers and i don’t normally write a review but what they did is so freaking disrespectful like it just freaking $199 if you guys wanna keep it like just freaking say so!!!!!!!!!

I absolutely love the wigs I buy from Iseehair. The quality is amazing, the wigs really last long, I can wear them for years on end. Hardly any shedding, the shine is phenomenal. I love their glue-less wigs , it saves me time, I can just put them on and go. It looks natural and absolutely beautiful.
