"Bald Beauty"

This was a beautiful unit! Until it started balding. I only got one wear out of this wig before the front began to shed terribly. For the price, it was extremely disappointing because there wasn’t really much that I could do. I didn’t do anything excessive with this unit. I had it professionally installed and styled and wore it for 2/2.5 weeks. Shipping also took a bit longer than expected.

I’m gonna give them 4.5 stars bc of the delayed shipping on my units BUT they were VERY helpful and communicative when I inquired when they would be shipped. It also wasn’t that long of a delay. Just about 11/2 week.
I got 2 water wave half wigs - 14 in 180 density and 26 inch 250 density. Love them. Did a few customizations and literally was like a kid on xmas eve. Couldn’t wait to wake up and put my wigs on. Dyed the 14 in jet black and cut it into bob length w layer and highlighted the 26 in and cut layers. They are evrythinggggg. Hair went to a 27 color in a single session and some pieces ashamed still kept the curls.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I ordered a yaki style wig and it first it was taking too long to show as processed so I cancelled the order. I received a text message asking me to reconsider and that they would send one out right away. Little did I know that the quality of the wig was flawed. Buyer beware. The wig was shedding. Each day I would loose hair but it never even occured to me that massive amounts of hair would come out during the first wash. I washed the hair a few weeks later and clumps of hair started to fall out of the hair. I have worn wigs for years and never experienced something so agregious as this. When I contacted the company with photos they used the ole you must return the wig prior to the hair falling out or we can not take it. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Pay a little more and go to reputable companies.

The wig arrived on time and well packaged! It was like opening a birthday present or a gift on Christmas Day! Thank you for the extra goodies! The wig was true to length, no overpowering chemical smell and was so soft with beautiful curls! Once the hair was washed, conditioned, and air dried, the natural tight curls matched my hair perfectly! Looking forward to wear and style on my vacation next week!
