My experience with cardiff stone was excellent - such a lovely experience in their showroom with knowledgeable passionate sales staff who have really practical helpful advice. Their quote was super competitive and matched any others but I’m convinced would have surpassed other companies in delivery … they messaged to say they could fit and template my worktop quicker and earlier than they originally said. It was a whirlwind of efficiency and when they fitted it they were so tidy and the finish was superb. I still haven’t quite finished off the cabinetry but will be showering photos on a review as soon as it’s done - the quality and look is amazing - cannot recommend highly enough

Fantastic customer service throughout from Emma and Kate. Emma was very helpful in helping us choose our worktops when we initially visited the store. Very understanding when there were problems with our kitchen units supplier that caused a delay.
Fitters done a brilliant job, friendly and just got on with it. Will be recommending them to everyone. We love it!

So happy with the service from Cardiff stone. I’ve renovated 17 properties and unfortunately never used these before but will in the future Ask for Kate she is very patient and knows absolutely everything about the stone the materials colour choices matching up kitchen doors. She is a real credit to the company. I had a slight problem with fitting on the day and the owner drove all the way to my house to apologise and made sure everything went smoothly. Amazing service. Thank you all so much
