"Unprofessional"

I booked and paid for a flight advertised on their website. After two days of receiving no confirmation, I called them. I was told the fare was no longer available because the airline raised their price. Even though they gave me a discount, I still had to pay more money. I was sent 3 wrong confirmations, one of which was someone else's information. It took 3 more days of me calling them to finally get the correct confirmation.

I would "never" recommend this company to anyone!
