After my initial consultation I was put in touch with Alice Thwaites who was more than accommodating to schedule. I've chosen to only to go one school and she always messages ahead for any days at the school. I'm at ease asking her any questions and she always responds. Great agency to work with!

It was relatively easy to sign up with Engage, they have been transparent about pay/holiday pay etc and I started work very quickly.

Since day 1, Sayedul and Parth have made me feel welcomed and comfortable when I first started. Before my contract finishes with a school, they call me weeks before in advance to sort me out with my next contract. I feel that they prioritize me and have very fast responsive time. Both Sayedul and Parth call me regularly to see how I am which is assuring to me as it shows they care about me and to see if there are any issues on my side. Furthermore, they have provided me with a school local to me. This is very helpful since I do not need to travel far.
