"REFUSING TO PROVIDE INSURANCE POLICY DOCUMENT (Block Policy for apartments)"

SCORE = ZERO.
The Cheshire Branch of RMG is incapable of 'Property Management' although their listed 'Nature of Business' on Companies House shows 'Management of real estate'! They don't know anything about Insurance of Buildings/flats!
DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY.
I have requested numerous times over SEVERAL MONTHS the INSURANCE BLOCK POLICY DOCUMENT that details what is covered and what is not covered in my block of apartments.
They have obstructively sent useless bits of info that do not assist and are just delaying tactics.
There is no telephone number for the Insurance Co and so there is no other way to get the required information.
I have paid Hundreds of Pounds to insure my apartment in this building, but they will NOT provide the INSURANCE FULL BLOCK POLICY DOCUMENT details. It is absolutely unbelievable!!!

Perry Binyon is our Estate manager of our property in Essex. Myself and neighbours are so lucky and grateful to have a manager whose customer service skills and efficiency is second to none, I couldn't speak highly enough of him. I / we all hope that he doesn't move on elsewhere.

A tree had blown down in the storm and fell on 3 cars blocking the entrance
I called RMG and spoke to Cheryl who was very professional and swiftly arranged a contractor to go to the site as well as contacting the other tenants to inform them of the situation that it was being dealt with. She also updated me by text and followed up with a phone call to reassure me that it was in hand. She was very polite and understanding Thank you Cheryl

"Excessive charges, lack of empathy."

Logged on yesterday to pay my ground rent which went OK. Looked further into my account and saw legal fees, admin fees and some other fee for non payment of service charge added onto the account yesterday . I've had a very difficult time recently (bereavement), and service charges (based on terrible services) have not been top of my list. Anyhow I spoke with RMG admin and they refused to help, and said it had gone to debt collectors. I have paid the outstanding charge and now await court summons etc. Shocking company, shocking behaviour, their lack of empathy is astounding. They also have broken data protection laws which they refuse to acknowledge.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Calls and emails ignore. Faults ignored. Inaccurate invoices.

Hard to believe it’s part of Places for People however I truly believe those running the business will be found out eventually.

I have been waiting 10 months to have something repaired and I am still waiting
