In all areas RMG provide reasonably priced grounds maintenance and are quick to respond to issues, and communicate clearly. Particular thanks to Faith today in dealing with the cracked pavement issue.

"Worst accounts and customer service I…"

Worst accounts and customer service I have ever had to deal with in my life Jane!!! Told my dad in February he would be reimbursed £40 late fee because he never received his invoice an then argued it was never said why record calls then deny it was said??? Latest invoice was received on the 20th but was issued on the 9th now they're blaming royal mail??? My dad is 78 and has all his faculties and pays his bills on the day they are received and keeps meticulous records of all correspondence so who's in the wrong??? I spoke to JANE on his behalf who refused to pass me on to her superior and threatened to cut me off if I kept asking to speak to her superior!!!

"Fatima is not a competent manager"

Fatima is not a competent manager. Emails stay unresponsive and when there is a response the information is vague or incorrect. Fatima makes claims that are not true. Fatima has never communicates with any updates to building issues and repairs. She also fails to manager her staff.

"Ignored completely "

Been trying to progress the sale of my property, RMG as the management company are required to respond to some queries from the buyer but the request has quite simply been ignored by RMG and the property manager for more then 4 weeks now. We have chased, called and escalated as much as possible but been ignored on each occasion. It's quite simply awful service and I cannot understand why it is so difficult a task for a senior property manager to respond to this sort of enquiry which they must get quite often.
Sale completely held up as this is the only thing remaining. Complaint submitted, still no reply.

"RMG Review"

We have been with RMG for a number of years', and I have always been impressed by their high standard of customer service. In particular, our Property Manager, Perry Binyon, has always been very efficient, reliable, thorough, and prompt to resolve any issues we may have. The hard work he does can go unnoticed, but it is so important to the smooth functioning of our apartment block.

"Negligent, Irresponsible, Corrupt"

Rmg have taken zero action and ignored resident requests in a basic safety function of a 160 flat building for months. Unbelievably negligent that I dread to think of the potentially fatal implications if emergency services were needed and couldn’t access our building as rmg are unable or unwilling to maintain the basic infrastructure. Have to assume RMG feel comfortable in their legal and moral liability should the worst happen?

In the spirit of a balanced review, RMG’s strengths:
- Taking your money
- Overcharging you or charging you for services not rendered
- Chasing you for money if you don’t immediately pay their spurious invoices
- Gaslighting you

RMG’s weaknesses:
- inability to manage residential properties
- inability to respond to any basic emails

Trustpilot should be ashamed to accept so many bots and fake reviews from this shameful company.
