Along the lines of other reviews, I can confirm that during the application process, if there is a hitch, BHG will ghost you. If you call in, the response will always be your representative is not available and they will not return your email. Highly unprofessional, especially once someone is past the pre-approval point. They need to learn to pick up the phone to either smooth out a misunderstanding or resolve a glitch with their system.

They are relentless and will not leave you alone, even after requesting via email and phone MULTIPLE TIMES to take me off their mailing list. Their terms are also terrible and they are basically praying ok the financially illiterate.
