"One dirty coin"

Good price, good delivery, one coin was dirty, pretty bad, but easily came off under the water jet, I left feedback to customer service without asking anything, just as a review, and the answer of Maryna Lenga (Operations Specialist) was dismissive, as smarty, why they don't wash them. I never asked for deep cleaning, just basic hygiene. I'm sure they would've said something about it if I had sold them one like that.

"Stock/Website Not Aligning"

I placed an order for 5 Sovereigns on 27/08/2024. However, I received an email a few days later informing me that these weren't actually in stock. The explanation given was that stock levels aren't actually linked up with the website which seems very outdated. Orders are made and paid for, then stock is checked and picked. Therefore orders placed on weekends may not actually be available. This caused a bit of an issue for me. However, replacements were offered and postage for these was extremely quick which I appreciate a lot.
