Very happy with how my mortgage application was handled. David Rollinson and Mathew Barlow were very friendly, professional and kept me informed throughout the process, as did the rest of the team. When one applies for a mortgage, loan etc it’s always a tense time. When you get helpful friendly treatment it really helps. Keep up the good work folks. I can recommend this company.

Consolidating loans can be quite daunting and tbh a little bit embarrassing. However all the staff at believe loans were super helpful and completely non-judgemental. The first guy I spoke to (I can't remember his name) was really helpful and informative. Then I got assigned a Case Manager Ellie, and she was great, her communication was brilliant she checked in with me to check if I needed anything and super easy to get hold off when I needed to call. Both of them made the process so easy and hassle free. I would definitely recommend them.
